What is the Wallowa Fund?
The Wallowa County Fund was established at the Oregon Community Foundation by community members who saw the need for a flexible financial resource to support important programs and projects in Wallowa County.
The purpose of the fund is to improve quality of life now and in the future by responding to local priorities and providing grants to qualified organizations.
